Transfer from another university

Are you studying, but you are considering changing universities for various reasons? Were you struck off the list of students? Try again and become our student. Regardless of the university at which you are studying, you can take advantage of this offer. Remember, however, that transferring is possible only to the same or related field of study after completing at least the first semester of studies.

All you need to do is submit your application to the Dean's Office and attach the list of courses you have completed, issued by your current university or the university where you left your studies.

On the basis of the documents you provide, we will recognize which subjects will be credited at our University and we will define the rules for supplementing any program differences.

List of necessary documents

  • transfer application - download the document

  • a course card, i.e. a list of credited subjects, issued by the Dean's Office (with the number of hours of classes, forms of classes, forms of credit, ECTS points, grades and periods of study)

  • a certificate of student status confirmed by the Dean's Office (the certificate should contain information about the date of commencement of studies).

  • original documents should be submitted in person at the Dean's Office or sent by traditional mail.

Consideration of the application

After considering the application by the Vice-Rector for Education, we will contact you by e-mail or by phone, so that you can find out about the conditional consent of the Vice-Rector and the number of program differences, as well as the list of documents that still need to be submitted.

A student may transfer from another university, provided that he has informed the home university from which he is moving about the transfer and obtained its consent and has fulfilled all obligations towards his home university - which is confirmed by a written certificate from the home university, which is obligatory in order to obtain an entry on the list of students of WSKZ.
